Wedding Coordination

If you want your wedding day to be unique, tasteful and fun, you’ve come to the right place! We welcome family traditions (both biological and chosen!), honor cultural traditions and encourage details that really show who you are as a couple.

Here’s what our coordinating package looks like (Starting at $3,200 for weddings up to 60 guests):

  • As soon as you book, you'll have unlimited communication with your coordinator. We’re happy to share our recommendations and be your sounding board.

  • About a month before your wedding, your coordinator will tour the venue with you to go over your vision and help you create a plan for the site layout.

  • Your coordinator will also take the lead in helping you create a detailed timeline for the day of the event which will be shared with all other vendors and helpers.

  • Beginning around two weeks before your wedding, your coordinator will take over communicating with all of your vendors so you can start focusing on enjoying visitors and preparing for your big day.

  • On the day of the wedding, your coordinator and their assistant will handle running the event, including basic set up and take down/clean up, troubleshooting, maintaining venue cleanliness, and filling any service gaps as necessary.

  • In order to provide the best service for events with more than 60 guests, or events with more extensive set up and clean up requirements, we require a bigger team for an additional fee.
